Post 10" wheel fitment question

before i go blowing money will 17x8xet56.7 fronts and 17x10xet56.7 fit under an 87 951? suspension at the moment is stock, but 2.5" coilovers are going in the near future and fenders can be rolled if necessary. thanks

Those wheels will fit without any body modifications.

What tire sizes ?

I have the exact same wheel dimensions on my '89 951. Are your wheels ATP (AT Italia) by any chance? Mine fit fine, except there's no way I could fit 275's on without running into problems (I'm currently running 225/45-17 and 255/40-17). For whatever reason our cars seem to have an offset in the back end, and on my car anyways, the driver's side rear wheel sticks out further than the passenger side rear. My 255's on the back are pretty skinny for my 10" wheels, but I have no rubbing issues. I might try 265's in the future, but it might rub on the drivers side. Unfortunately, while 275's would fit my wheels no problem, it'd rub big time on that one side. I'd need a bigger offset wheel in the back to correct the problem, to bring the wheel further into the wheel well (there's room to spare on the inside).

Thumbs up

Please also post whatever offset/spacers you use to do this.
This mod is on my wish list, I saw some 10" cookie cutters at the Autofest in Ventura (I already have CC's) and I was VERY tempted but I was not sure they would work on my car.
TIA

I have 17x9" rear with ET44 and they fit extremely well. The tires are 255/45-17

I have 285s on my rear 10" RUFs. I'm pretty sure the offset is 60mm.
