When i put in the vin for a 951 that i'm checking out, its says you can't have any 0's in the number. What am i supposed to do? If someone could do a check for me the vin is WPOAA2955JN1SO265 i also don't know if the o's are letters or numbers.

Try using the LETTER "O" not the number 0, or vice versa. I recall that was the issue when I ran my carfax. Also the VIN should end in 6 numbers, not the "S" in WPOAA2955JN1SO265 - the last numbers are 150265 (6 numbers - no letters)
