rubber bumpers taken off
I just took the rubber bumpers off my front bumper.. and I can now see for sure that the car's been repainted, or at least the bumper has. At one point it was black, but now it's guards red. Anyway, behind the bumper were some little ***** poking out, and it was dark and I ran out of time, but they appear to be where the shocks bolt on...? Now I'm confused as to how you guys make your front bumper look good. Clueless, even. ???
Also, what do you do about the gap between where the rubber bumper wrapped around next to the turn signals? Clean it up and pretend its not there?

i like the look of a euro rear bumper with that one strip rather then 2 big pads.... atleast i think it would look better on a black car... anyone know where/how much $ for a euro rear bumper on a 951?

I am in the process of doing this to my front bumper. I already have all the little nubbie things off and all the holes filled up with bondo. Still needs a little bit more work, then I just need to paint it.

There are 2 large holes. There is a bolt in each hole. Take the 2 bolts out. Disconnect the turn signal wiring and then pull the bumper straight off. That's it.

I have a GT Racing rear bumper, I am very happy with it, no rear bumper pads, end caps, saves 27 LBS and it is a stubby, so it matches the front N/A bumper mod quite well. I have posted some pic's of this rear bumper on my car recently.
