Post Cutting the vents in front nose panel help/ Paul Bloomberg you there?

i cant find the recent posts on how to cut the holes in the metal nose panel for the intercooler, i got my panel off easy to do, now i want to cut the rubber covering the intercooler and cut the metal panel in 2 rectangular shapes to match the lower bumper part, now im not sure about cutiing it because i see a second metal reinforcement sheet under the top metal sheet that is painted. Do i cut into both? do i cut the 2 both the same size or different? i see both metal sheets are welded so they must both have to be cut through right? than the rubber is cut to match too in shape right? do i have to put anything inbetweeen the cuts on the outside to prevent air from escaping or no? thanks for any links here or comments. The part is easy to put on and take off so ill be doing all the work for creating the 2 vent holes, i want it to look like the one on paul bloombergs car, is his hand made or is it a non metal premade one from gt racing if anyone knows? if i cant do it like his by hand then im not going to try this and instead will buy it from gt racing, any ideas if it will look the same as pauls?

What are you using to cut the panel, and are you going to repaint it or just touch up the edge. Making this mod is on my list.
