Defroster Button
Hi, my windshield defroster button only blows heat. Is this normal? All other functions are ok, except the air blowing at footwells is kind of low. Hope someone can help. TIA

Yes, I believe this is normal -- should be full heat when you press that button, not matter what your other settings are. Only heat can defrost that thick German ice.

You'll also notice the air is automatically switched to recirculate and is automatically aimed toward the windshield. It's not "defrost", it's defog. Your windshield can fog-over fairly quickly in rainy weather, so Porsche took the guesswork out of it for the driver and made an 'emergency' defog button. That's also why it blows full-blast.
