^^LOL^^ (that means Laugh out loud) Hide yo wife hide yo kids they be rapin' errbody up in hurr!

I have seen that before, hilarious. But just because someone uses a little slang here and there doesn't mean we are not speaking English. I don't see a problem in this thread. I certainly know how to speak and write proper English, but I don't feel the need in such a casual environment such as a forum to stick to the rules. Lord knows that my winning essay for the Porsche Passion Contest was written correctly, and now I get to flog 7 new p cars at Barber Motorsport Park in March.

I get a little tired of both the people who really can't write and the ones that are always bitching about whats proper. Times are changing, trends are changing and so is our language, Websters dictionary is proof, but I digress

"Porch, run good, nead timming belt and egine wrk. Tranny good, seats torn. My momma say i outh to sell the thang" etc....

this one might not be an OK deal, but you can't trust a guy when he says:

I always took for granted that being called a "chicken" was a reasonable trigger to make Marty McFly crazy with rage. I also thought it was normal that the high school teachers wouldn't let him into the talent show because, as they said, "We're sorry. You're just too loud." Why wouldn't they just ask him to lower the volume and let him join the show? Now that I'm thinking about it, it's also odd that guys like Marty and Doc Brown would be such good buddies.
