Default oil pressure gauge, lbs or bars?

For an aftermarket gauge does it matter if it's in bars or pounds? i was looking at a few Autometer gauges and the ones that measure in pounds seem much easier to read for accuracy but i don't know if it will work with the sender.

that one, or this?

I would pick bars simply because that's what the factory used. Also, with analog gauges I don't think the idea is to really read them while driving but just a glance at the relative position of the needle tells you good/bad. This is why in modern jet aircraft they combine alalog-like display (simulated on a screen) with the digital readout. The pilot can more easily pick out what doesn't belong without actually reading the gauges.

Both of the Autometer gages you selected include new sender units, the sender units have the wrong threads. a adapter will be required.
