The spare car has this stamped on the firewall under the hood, but the car is obviously US spec, with all US fenders, bumpers, and writing. I thought the ZZZ cars were not us/canada spec. Any thoughts?

W = West Germany
P0 = Manufacturer Code, Porsche
AA0 = Coupe, 2 liter engine, no airbags
95 = 1st and 2nd digit of model no.
7 = Check digit
G = Model year, 1986
N = Assembly Plant, Neckarsulm
1 = 3rd digit of model no. (this is why there aren't any model 952s, because you will never see a '2' in this location)
50412 = Serial number, 412th produced... nothing spectacular
