LH means drivers side right?

but if your dumb and your talking about from the outside of the car looking at the front it would be the RH that would be the drivers side. i jsut want to make sure im buying the right part for the right door.

It's always from the drivers seat looking forward.

Drivers side left and Pass. side right.

But if you're in doubt I would confirm.

EDIT:After checking the link. the drivers (left) door would get the most use, and most likely break more often.

thanks, i jsut wanted to make sure. i already bid on it last night but its still got 9 days left. oh well my car is having the clutch replaced right now anyway so i guess i dont need it real soon.

That's a very commonly asked question. A car has a front,rear,left and right. The direction that you are facing doesn't change this. It would be the same as facing another person. Their left would be on your right. Drivers side and passenger side are unreliable terms that can change depending on the placement of the steering wheel. Dual control cars have two drivers sides.I'm currently working on a 1960 Bentley S2 with right hand drive so I have to know right from left when ordering parts. Are there any right hand drive Porsches in this country?
