Ok, Ken and I have been discussing this.

1) Do you want a full replica RS wing??

2) or would you like our wing to be adjustable??

Full RS wing would be very expensive and time consuming to develop. Modifying ours would be much easier and cheaper all around. We think we can do either. Opinions??

Tifo-of course, we'd meet all your conditions.....

I for one want the full RS replica, and have wanted one for quite some time, to the point that I have thought about going to lexan....

The 968 wing in adjusable form of stock size is just not as interesting nor as funcitonal, keep us posted...

I think you would have some decent sales volume if the price was fair and it was made to fit the existing 944 hatch without the dreaded Lexan rear window. AND make it so it works with your existing trim panels from the 968 wing.

I don't know if it is possible, but you nmay want to consider that 968 guys may be interested in upgrading their wing as well to RS-spec. Is it impossible to make a "universal" wing tha has the ability to work with both?

I would probably be interested too. I'll watch the thread and see where it goes. Not too sure about the full RS or adjustable version of the existing wing. I'd rather have one that is functional though. Either way, it would look great.

Dylan's. We started with Ken's S2 but it's getting paint right now.

I can let most of the cat out of the bag. We've designed this as a helper application so those out there with really worn torsion bars can just add in ours and save a ton of money from your wrench. Test car is a lowered '86 turbo running 250lb in front(I think). We're running 140lb on them but have some 100lb in stock. The 140 is working nicely on this car. We had them on an S2 and it was a bit stiff. The shock is an externally adjustable for rebound and compression. We've custom made adapters for the shock from steel and zinc plated them. We're thinking our standard spring is going to be the 100lb. It would be most universal. Pricing is going to end up around $530-540 for the pair ready to bolt on. That's not set in stone yet so it may move one way or the other. I'm waiting on new shocks to get in and then I'll take some pics of the fully assembled units.

Scott,

Do they raise the rear height of the car at all? If they don't, they sound perfect....
