Default Really bad squealing noise coming from engine.

I tried starting up the Porsche today for the first time in a couple weeks, and all of a sudden I'm getting this horrible squealing noise come from the back of the engine. When I push in the clutch pedal the noise goes away, but as soon as I let the pedal back out, the sqealing starts up again. The noise is comparable to a squealing belt on start up. I'm kind of new to manual transmissions and I was wondering if someone could give me a suggestion. Possibly a bad throw out bearing perhaps?
