Factory A-arms are fine for 968 m030 because of the rubber bushings in the a-arm to sway bar mount.
HOWEVER, the weltmesiter sways do not have this rubber and I've been told are unsafe to use on the track with aluminum A-arms. It may even be an issue on the street, I dont know.
Just an FYI, my car was lowered to the max with the m030 front struts (doesn't look slammed, tire isn't tucked up inside the wheel well...just about level). Anyway, 5 thousand miles and a bunch of autocrosses later, I had ball joints in need of replacement. They weren't shot, but they had some play in em. (Note that I have 968 m030 sways installed, and they were installed the entire time the car was lowered with factory A-arms) So, thats why I have fabcar A-arms now!!
So, beware of lowering...watch those ball joints!

I've noticed that there's a squeak i hear everytime that the front right suspension hits small and quick bumbs. Is this mild squeak a possible ball joint failure hint, or is it an ungreased bushing that needs some lub.

Get a channel lock and position it just above the ball joint and the bottom of the A-arm. Squeeze gently.
You should see very little, or no compression in the ball joint. If you do, it's starting to go.
