Yeah, is this a real pain? Very much appreciated. I'm looking at this car that's been repainted, looks and sounds very good, but I'd hate to plunk down on something that had massive front end work done...

The current owener is a non-enthusiast and he has no service records, but he never registered the car...I just want to make sure it's not a time bomb...

A PUBLIC THANK YOU.

I added the text of the carfax to my ebay ad for the rx7, and stated that i would give the car to the winning bidder for free if they could prove a break in the chain of title since i bought the car in 1991. boy am i pissed at carfax/dmv for saying a new title was issued, when in fact all that was done was i added my wife's name to the registration.
