carfax didnt accept my vin because its a euro car and a 1980 which is too old. Does your source check out VIN's like this?

 

I doubt it; I tried to run my roommates RX7, and it doesn't have enough numbers either, so sorry. There are sources you can check; if I can come up with that, I'll tell you.
