Thats what I did.
For the inners, I was ballsy and used vice-grips with rag to hold the bar from the rack. As Carl said earlier, there is a side of the bar that is flattened with gear teeth. Just please try not to scratch that piece.
Other then this...the 32mm, I bought for 20 dollars a 10-inch crescent wrench from Sears. It is very nice. Worked like a charm compared to the one I was trying to use before (the other one I have is about 30yrs old ).
Whole job took about 20 minutes once I had the right wrench. Very easy. Now to get it aligned, as it is WAY off haha!
