How do you not post a video with those pictures?! BAN.
JK. Lol. Brilliant work. |
more pics of the car in your avatar. nice build.
|
This looks awesome. Some of the most developement that an N/A engine has seen. No one really builds them or trys to find power. I knew there had to be some power in there that porsche didn't find.
Post all the info. |
that thing is bangin!
|
That is engineering artwork, it looks awesome.
|
Great work!
|
beautiful engine. What's the redline?
|
behold the living legend!.. now that I announced my arrived, thats a nice engine... address? keys? insurance?

Post all the info. back on topic, did you build this motor with reliability in mind? if so (or if not) how reliable do you expect it to be? i bet it screams too:thumbup: |
like that ITB-setup. using stock rev limits with 3.2?
what is the stroke & bore? what engine management? |
Wow! Would love to see the dyno sheet as well! Had no idea that sort of power was possible from an NA engine even with 2/10 exta liters. Is it running a Variocam?
Is this stateside or on the other side of the pond? From what I understand just the engine dyno time might cost a couple grand. Figure another 5k easy in the ITBs/intake and supporting hardware to run them and another 10k in machine work and custom engine internals!! |

definitely need more info, sound, and a dyno chart...nice looking motor
Mike do you have them made for you? |
Ok,
So just over 100 hp/liter. The 330 hp was on an engine dyno correct? what RPM is redline? What RPM is the power peak. Torque levels? |
there is a guy local to me with an 8v n/a car that he bought with a carb setup on it. You guys may have seen it on ebay. Supposedly the car made 185hp w/ the original motor-bigger pistons, dry sump, dual webbers- that motor blew up and now he is running a stock n/a motor w/ just the carbs and supposedly makes 150rwhp. Pretty good! This motor looks great though, 330hp n/a is awsome.
