Default Lack high RPM Power

I'll be driving the 951 and go to put my foot in it and about 4500 RPM, its like the fuel shuts off. TPS=good, Air Meter=good, Fuel pressure=good, O2 sensor=good, ECT=good when warm, stock chips in new computer (2 yrs. old), FPR=good, New Cap and Rotor and Spark Plugs, Wires fairly new, no Catalytic Conv., does anybody know anything about a reference sensor and is it a factor? Any help appreciated. Thanks!

So, you're driving what kind of 944? Looks like a turbo in your Avatar. Could be a boost cut. Mine did that a lot at one point. Had to shut the car off and sometimes it would go away, sometimes not. The problem subsided after I did a basic tune-up, and messed with the AFM.

2nd gear felt like 4th and it pulled like my Saturn...

Assuming he's not turning the boost up (Says stock chips), and fuel pressure is good, why would it go into knock? Ignition timing?
