Yup, lift up a corner to get it started... soak a rag in 3M Adhesive Remover or Goof-Off (available at hardware stores)... rub the rag along the stuck edge while tugging gently (hand layed flat against the window surface while pulling helps a lot). If it was a good quality tint to start with, it might come off in one piece.
DON'T get the adhesive remover in any place you want to keep together (hatch seal, etc)... it doesn't know the difference between what you "meant" to take off, and what you didn't
