I'd hate to see the size of the cat he hit with that thing.

I've never heard of a cat causing enough damage to move the radiator.

If 5th gear at 7000rpm is 160, wouldn't 5th gear at 3500rpm be around 80? Somehow he hit 110 in 5th at 3800rpm. Perhaps its yet another typo. =;-o

Just wait until he gets those z-rated tires!

[quote]This one is non-turbo but is faster then the turbo 944

You hear that boost-heads? "faster then" yur Turbo... na-na-na-na-na-na

[quote]It turns corners and heads, the roar of the exhaust is pure power, Even at 800 RPM idle

Wow! Pure power AND a super low idle

[quote]The block was cleaned and boared.

Ouch!... I can't imagine the "boar" was very happy about that.

[quote]The previous owner was about 50 years old. he invested over $10,000 into the car. He was forced to sell it because his wife got pregnent

I hope his wife was a bit younger than he

[quote]He Restored it because he has many historic cars. He was going to keep this one and, use it for him self. He got an SUV now.

ever heard the phrase "too much information"

[quote]a cat jumped at the car... I thought there was no damage but when i got home I saw that some of the anti-freeze leaked out

What happened to the cat?

[quote]I put in a K&N Performance Cone Shaped Fitler, and a filter charger... takes in the air from the timing belt to increase flow the Filer is K&N and did not even brake in all the way yet. That added about 15HP. The car took it very well

Hey, I recognize that statement... including the "speeling"

You have to read the whole Exhaust account for yourself... true art!

Man, that was fun reading... and tiring... I'm gonna take a *cat* nap now. Wake me when it's over

Hmmm...

He really knows about Porsches.
Out of this poor guys ignorance..

what may be the Hp increase of the mods?

I wanto to know because I have the MSDS cone filter.
MSDS headers.
Autotech chip and the recomended MASS sensor for it.

But to tell you the truth, I feel far from the 200hp mark, maybe 165???

Later,
Agustin

Skip, I can't find these 15 HP "fitlers" on the Paragon site, what's the deal? And how long IS the brake in period on these filers?
Ironically, Jack Daniels is the local Porsche dealer in that area, go figure.
Still !

He Restored it because he has many historic cars. He was going to keep this one and, use it for him self. He got an SUV now.

And how does the SUV fit...must be historic.
