The prize is pretty much been a life long dream for me...An all expense paid 3 day trip to a race track where I get the pleasure of professional instruction and the chance to flog 5 or 6 brand new Porsche's around the track. Mind blowing for me. I begging all of you to vote and maybe even convince your contacts to vote for me too!

~~~~~Update 3/20/2011~~~~~
I attended the Porsche Sport Driving School last Wed and Thurs and it was the most thrilling experience of my life. I'm going to do a write up over the next few weeks and edit the videos but here is a link to my Photobucket album of unedited material. The museum is at the park and houses the largest collection of bikes and there is a very impressive collection of Lotus Race cars among others.

Nothing like pushing a brand new Carerra S to near its limits. the highlight was the hot lap with none other than Hurley Haywood in a GT2RS at about 140 in the straights. I had perma grin for hours after that.

Paul i voted for you because i share that same dream and I live in Ma. The entry letter you wrote was great but i think i may have you beat, i fly a porsche flag as well as the american flag,i sleep with porsche pillow cases and i have porsche bath towels to name a few. Good luck.

Maybe, but I am new to Porsche ownership, I mean I literally just got my 1st P car 3 weeks ago so I am slowly getting to know this online community. Trust me, if I could have had a Porsche 10 years ago I'd have a full on membership with a few thousand posts but you have to start somewhere. I totally understand where you are coming from, but really, can you blame me? I've never driven on a racetrack and I hope to win this thing so I can start what I hope to be a lifelong hobby.

We were all new here once right?

They only ask you to pay if you want to sell stuff or talk on the non-technical forums.

I was more gung-ho about paying for membership when it was owned by John D. but I still respect the model of having a service that is free for limited use but for-pay to access more advanced or valuable features.
