Post SFR 951 headers

We are now offering an affordable factory replacement header for the 944 turbo. We use proper slip-fit merge collectors which eliminate the need for the expansion joint on the number one runner. These merge collectors should be good for a few horsepower as well as better spool-up.
We also finish the inside of the header for maximum flow. We will be offering these headers in
304 and 321 stainless. Prices for the 304SS headers are $795. 321SS headers will run you $995.

We can make headers for any car! We just have to build the jig or have the car at our shop. We will be selling this same header for the 8 valve N/A guys.

321SS is much better at tolerating heat then 304SS. The 321SS headers are for the turbo guys. N/A guys can get away with 304SS.

Thumbs up

Do you have some sort of option like JetHot coating to keep heat in the exhaust and out of the engine compartment?

BTW: beautiful work.

The headers are TIG welded with 308 or 347 filler rod and back purged with Argon.

We can have these headers Jet-Hot coated but in our expereince... it doesnt last too long.

If the coating doesn't last, would you wrap them? If not, wouldn't you end up with a lot of extra heat in the engine compartment.

Same here. My business partner had his turbo manifold (MR2 Turbo) Jet-Hot coated several years ago, and it shows no signs of wear...
