If the head has been decked get the thickness checked, adjust the cometic to attain recommended allowance. My last one was 0.075 thickness. $184 LR

I used a "kit" that they sell, works good so far
make sure that you use proper torques though, when tightening the cam housing and the head - or you will screw up your new gaskets

yea the head was decked twice, because it sat so long the machine shop did it to be safe. They said it shouldn't have valve clearance problems but i thought i would ask just to be safe. And brand is important because there are so many. Thanks again.
