Has anyone been to Vegas and SEMA? If so, tell us what is on the future....

I was at SEMA everyday, open to close...and the report...is the Nissan 350Z. That was the car of the show. Last year, it was the WRX, this year is the 350Z. Anything you were looking for in particular? I couldn't find anything relating to Porsche there, with the exception of the occasional 996 show car.

This year was kinda of a let down from last. A lot companies had smaller booths from the previous year. A lot of companies just didn't show. Also, not all the car makers were there, including Toyota, which was a disappointment because I wanted to see their new Scion line...though, I did see 3 bbXs.

Yeah I have a friend who just purchased a new 350Z, it should be here a few days before Thanksgiving. I'll still have to go spank him just like I did in his C5 convertible...now that I have the new 968 M030 bars in and the car has been corner balanced that should take the handling edge over the Z but we'll see.

SEMA
I was curious about any different set-ups for wide band O2 sensors,,Lindsey and Tech Edge have great pricing but Lindsey is having major trouble getting sensors and the NAPA sensor for the Tech Edge unit is on back order and so is Parts Bin, they have no idea when it will arrive. I was curious too if any updates or better pricing on stand alone..

Man, I love the looks of the new 350Z. I will stop by the dealer and see if they are giving test drives... I have seen it on the street and I saw one in a parking lot... but would love to drive one to see how it feels...

Anyone here has encounter one on the road and race it? <img src="graemlins/burnout.gif" border="0" alt="[burnout]" />

I ended up a little sick on the day I was supposed to head out to SEMA. Sounds like I didn't miss anything. Where are the photos of the chics?! <img src="graemlins/jumper.gif" border="0" alt="[jumper]" /> <img src="graemlins/jumper.gif" border="0" alt="[jumper]" /> <img src="graemlins/jumper.gif" border="0" alt="[jumper]" />

BBS had some cool Center lock simulators that can go on any one of their wheels.

The show was expanded to over 2 million square feet. It is almost too much. As always, there were some nice cars, and beautiful women. The worst thing I saw was a company selling 28 inch wheels--think about that one. That's 2 feet 4 inches in diameter. I think they just paint the tires on at that point.

The 350z was prominent, as well as the H2, and the new Dodge Ram. I saw an H2 that was lifted to my chest level, and I'm 6'4".

I need to go back to my notes to get specific cool products--I'll repost when I have more time.

You mean some of these?

I'm going to get some for my BBS Racing wheels since they look kinda bare without center-caps....
