John, your track cars are lookin good!!! I have a few questions about the red car:

1. Who built the tubular front control arms? Are you building those?
2. What brand of fuel cell is being used and what are its capacity and dimensions?
3. That turbo looks fairly big? Can you give some additional details?

My 951 track car is STILL in process, however, I do hope to finish it up this year. I will look forward to sharing some pics soon after I finally break down and buy a digital camera . . .

Hi Jeff,

THe A Arms are a one off right now. We have talked about building them, and offering them for sale. But for now, we are going to run them on the track and just see how well they do.

The turbo is a Kokeln (spelling), its basically a 60-1 non water cooled turbo. We bought it through Vision.

THe Cell is from Fuel safe, 20 gallons I can't recall off hand the dimensions, but will post here this evening with them.

Hope this helps.

Take Care!

John, thanks for the additional info. And, if you are able to share the dimensions of the fuel cell, that would be great. It looks like it fits in there quite nicely. Are you going to fabricate any sort of diffuser for the rear underbody section of the red car? With the stock fuel tank removed, it would seem a diffuser would fit perfectly in that location.

Wishing you all the best at the Tribute to LeMans race. Between Anderson Motorwerks and the Vision guys, the 944 Turbos should be well represented!!

Jeff
