If you could do it all over again - what would you do differently?

I remember a guy in my home town, when I was a kid, maybe 40 years ago, that had a sweet & modifed 66 Mustang. I loved that car. I happened by his house one day (delivering news papers) and he was tinkering. I stopped to see what was up and he told me he was taking it back to stock - so he could sell it. I thought this was rediculous! I don't know if he did the right thing or not I 'm not sure there is any great wisdom in any of this but looking back at all of my modifed cars - they almost always suffered in value, sometimes drastically.
I like to think now that the turbos are just starting to turn the corner toward desirable muscle-car status. I've had a lot of fun modifying my cars over the years and there is a lot of value in that. I have 4 pcars now and buy them pretty regularly. When I go to look at one, my absolute top priority is that the car be unmolested. The afermarket stuff is pretty, but for me, a showstopper. Just wondering if you're on the same path...Bruce

I just have invested too much money and time in this car over the years I have had it. I guess im growing out of this phase and getting a practical DD and looking at houses. If I could do it all over again I would probably not get as deep into modding as I have, and saved money instead of spending it lol

You think modding a car is expensive....wait till you mod out the garage.

If Koith doesn't take the LC-1 - I'd like it for my 944 and 928! I can definitely put that little sensor to work!

PM me shipping to 78660? Probably USPS flat-rate?

THANKS!

Does she have rear coilovers? If so, willing to part, and how much?

no worries on the KEP, decieded to go a different route and pull the head since I think that should be next on the list since the clutch is doing fine for the time being. I keep getting really crappy vacuum at idle and think its time for a valve job and also new widefire HG...then oil cooler seals.....then inspection of exhaust manifolds....the list is growing...

so if anyone else wants the KEP, have at her, I relenquish my grip on it.
