I'd like to see the Texas Performance bumper painted to match the car.

I'll trade a V8 conversion kit for some body work and paint

Here it is in red (although I have since made it flat black and kind of like it). Flat black hides imperfections and is much easier to touch up after inevitable gravel dinks. Functionally, it's almost as risky as having NO bumper, b/c it's really light fiberglass. I have my turn signals stuck in the fog light holes (taped over for track use).

The strength structure of the front and rear bumpers are still on mine as I just trimmed down in areas of the bumpers and The TPC FG bumper Glued right over the front bumper with Liquid Nails (polyurethane). The Bracket dims I posted bring the TPC bumper in perfectly. If I were to just mod the shocks, it would have stuck out Fugly.
Nice paint job Pot-G. I also am thinking about flat blacking the rear to match until I can get to the bodywork in the spring.

Also I cut out the front valence cross brace (that holds your License plate). My overall temps dropped 18 degrees. I could never get the 2nd fan to kick on in 100+ degree temps this summer with the V8.

That probably also made install easier. To install the TPC bumper you need to totally remove the lower valance which is a PITA.

That reminds me and maybe can help someone else, but I did also drill 1.125" holes in the upper part of the foglight recesses to get to the bumper bolts with a swivel socket....No valence removal necessary

Doing something trick and will float the rear valence where there are no seams between it and rear quarter.....

I love that rear bumper, I was thinking about getting the same one for my 951 and then modifing it to look like the PEFA bumper at half the cost lol
