Default Stock fader switch bypass

I was curious with installing new headunit I would like to bypass this switch. How do you actually go about doing that? Is there a wiring kit or what?

There is no wiring bypass needed - just unplug it and wire your stereo directly to the speaker wires that plug into it. If you don't want to cut your original wires than just go out to Crutchfield and buy the reverse adapter kit they have - it is pretty slick.

I looked for that piece and couldn't find it. Is it hard to cut the wires and all that? I was wondering behind the radio are there wires for all 4 speakers or just for left and right?

Cutting and splicing wires is pretty straight forward. Just be careful and be sure to use a wiring diagram so you don't have to cut more than once.
