i haven't had a ticket since my first in 98. learned my lesson, dont speed excessively all the time, only short bursts when nobody's around, including johnny law. make her pay, and she'll stop speeding. my fear of the initial consequences stopped me from speeding again.

 

Making her pay, is not a real good option. I would have to drive her everywhere, work etc. Oh, and I make 75% of the money coming into the house, so that means if she has to pay, I have to pay.
You are right though. I speed also, BUT I am always scanning the horizon, have better than 20/15 vision in both eyes, and check my mirrors every 10-15 seconds. Also, you only haul *** on country roads, not through country towns.

 

yeah, i understand the she pays you pay theory. if the woman aint happy aint nobody happy. but look at it this way, she MUST learn somehow! i guess what i'm trying to say is find a way to make her realize that this wont be stood for, but without you being in the doghouse/paying out the ****/causing lots of problems. good luck, man. i for one plan on teaching my woman the whats what of driving this summer. good thing we're still young and impressionable!
