Exactly one year ago, I drove up to NY and picked up my car. Since I can't be with her to share this aniversary, I'll share with the world everything we've been through.
Here's to all the things I've done in the past year:
- Compete in an autocross (just one for now)
- New tires, new LBE, new gauges, radio and SSK (short-shift kit)
- Covered almost 8 thousand miles
- Waxed three times, washed more times than I can count.

I called my PO and filled him in on all the details of the car, and caught up with him on the progress of his 911. He was pretty happy to hear from me, I'll be keeping up this tradition.

This past year has been great.. the first year I can claim to have a purpose to be here. (I've been on these boards for almost 3 years now, only one of them with a P-car to my name.) I'm looking forward to many more.

Nick that is cool. I tried to get in touch with my PO to tell him all the things I had done to it, and his response was this: "its like hearing from an ex girlfriend saying her new boyfriend is treating her well." That was the last time I talked to him. When I sold it, I made sure the guy let me know about it, and he has. He has done a ton to my (ex) car!
