Yes, I've been driving it on the street for the past couple months. They take some getting used to, but are probably ok for street driving (with big reds up front, 951 rears, and 33/5 bias valve). It's not until you're going really fast and have to slow down quickly or run off that track that the manual brakes become a serious problem.

Thanks, Jon. It was good to see you again. Headlight straps not withstanding.

Sorry to hear about the clutch, but glad you got some time on track before things went south. Thanks for sharing the pics, never seen anything quite like that before.

What was the part# on the Dodge disc?
I've beat the **** out of mine (CP-4018) and it doesn't budge. I went with it because it looked better built than a Camaro LS1 disc, better rivets and stronger springs.

Alan,
Your car sounded very nice. I had a student in your run group, so I got to hear both the Ferrari and your car, both sounded great. Sorry to hear about the clutch. Looks like you took pictures during the only period of sun all weekend.

What master cylinder are you running? Wilwood? I have this sitting in the box ready to go in to my conversion. How far up did you move the connecting rod up on the pedal?

I have been avoiding the cost and headache of hydro or dual set up. I've heard conflicting reports on how well the Wilwood single MC 260-7563 perform but that is what I have.

Good to see you this weekend Alan. Sucks that your clutch crapped out on you although with all the rain on Sunday you didn't miss out on a ton of good track time.

You should hear what it sounds like from the passenger seat...

I'll double check, but I think so.

For the brakes, I'm running the stock master cylinder. I moved the connecting rod up 3/4" on the pedal.

Skip, I can imagine it was exceptional.
P.s. How much did you pay Ed to get the instructional duties in the Ferrari?

Thanks! But, which one sounded better? Never mind, don't answer that.

Alan, if there could be an equation that factored sound per dollar spent, you win hands down. But for pure sound, I'm sorry it goes to the Ferrari.
