Gonna do a Dyno day here in Cinci with some VW guys. We are planning on early spring, location to TBD. My car should be done by then.

Cool

I'm in Mansfield, up north of you 70 Miles, and I have a gang of friends with 944s in the area.. Take a peek at the last time we had a shin-dig..

Dan P, I'm sorry that I missed that event. It looked like a good time.

Perry, Let me know the details and I will be there for sure. There is a shop up here (Auto Assets) that has a dyno. The VW club had there dyno day there a couple of months ago that I missed. I asked the owner from AA if the Porsche club ever held dyno days and replied with a chuckle and said that there would never be enough intrest...so I don't know what that means.

I went to that VW show at Auto Assets. It was quite nice, saw a 968 and 928GTS behind the shop, oh and saw some '44s and 51's back there too. Not to mention a beautiful 993 and the 996(I think) race car that Auto Assets has.
Too bad that some ricers had to show up. <img src="graemlins/cussing.gif" border="0" alt="[grrrrrrr]" />
Such is life.

Yea.. the only way the Dyno Day would work here is if I got with Ohio VW and set something up with them. I have done some events with them, but never a Dyno Day. I need 15 cars to make it work for the shop.

Other option is another show and shine at Auto Assets. I did not make it to that one either, but Big E did. (Owner of the GTI on my brother website)
