Hello,
I've been up late playing with my new websites. They still need some work. Over the last few years I've been collecting jpg scans of the Porsche tech ads that appeared in magazines, remember those numbered ones? All P-cars are in there...924, 931, 944, 951, 911, & 928. Check them out, I think they're kewl.

If you'd like to see pics of my Zermatt Silver 951:

Wow, I was reading one of the 944 pics, after much tweaking for readability...
It said that the 944 required only 13.9 HP to cruise at 55 mph, due to its amazing coeffecient of drag. Then went on to say that for a n/a car at 143HP, that left 128.1 HP in reserve.
So my turbo has 203.9HP in reserve at 55mph? No wonder I leap past traffic like they were standing still!
I cant wait till I have saved enough for a standalone management system. And after I move to Phoenix, I plan to do a complete engine rebuild. I am going to try to make it not neccesarily super-super fast, but as bulletproof as possible @ around 275HP.

Does anyone else have any additional HIGH-RESOLUTION (suitable for printing) Porsche ads? I am decorating my garage and some of these really print out nicely.

I've got a couple more hi-res ads I'm going to post soon. Basically they're from back-issues of old magazines I'm throwing out. Just saving the Porsche ads !
