Porsche16V944

When I open my drivers door after a rain fall, a bunch of water comes splashing out. My carpet is bone dry though... its like its getting stuck in the door or a-pillar some where.

Is this a common issue? Does anyone know the cure for this problem?

Strange that it comes out only when you open the door, if the drain holes are clogged the water will stay in the door. Here is a picture of the drain holes ,check them just in case

ya thats what i thought too... i'll take a look again and see if i can find any blockages
