Post Caliper "Porsche" decals

I need a "Porsche" decal for my right front caliper, any idea where I can order/obtain one, as I am currently refinishing the caliper. Thanks, guys.

Ummm - a decal will last about 10' or 10 seconds (the much fabled "10/10 warranty" )

You need to paint PORSCHE on the caliper (use a stencil) if it isn't cast into the caliper. Use a good quality high-temp paint as calipers get very hot (there is paint made for caliper applications).

Try <a href="http://www.prospeedmotorsport.com/index.htm" target="_blank">Prospeed Motorsport</a> as they rebuild the calipers as well.

I repainted my calipers with engine enamel and then removed the paint from the raised porsche lettering with a dremelwire brus. You can then sand the lettering for a few minutes to restore a satin look to the bare aluminium.

You could try this site <a href="http://www.prospeedmotorsport.com" target="_blank">www.prospeedmotorsport.com</a>
He sells high temp vinyl decals specifically for your calipers.

Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

This caliper looks great. It is exactly what I want to do to mine. That IS an S4 brake caliper isn't it? I have an '89 stock with the 928 S4 brakes on it. The Porsche lettering looks great on yours. That's the biggest worry I've had abour repainting, is getting that lettering to look as good as yours...
