Are the calipers and rotors from a 928 S4 a bolt on upgrade for a late offset 951 or S2? Isn't this the set-up used by the TurboS and S2 M030? Do these parts bolt up or is there a spindle, hub, mounting bracket difference to be delt with?

The 944 Turbo S and M030 cars have different spindles, hubs and slight differnt mounting points as well as slightly differnet control arm.
Now. I think you can get the S4 hardware on the standard spindle and hub, you just might need some minor spacers. Rememeber that 944 Turbo S and M030 suspension and brakes were a traditional Porsche "package deal" so its more than just the calipers and rotors. This does not mean however the you NEED to install these to get the S4 brakes. I know there was an excellence article (last month's) on installing S4 brakes on a late NA car so it can be done without changing spindles and such. They did need some spacers.
There was also a post on here from a couple or three months back with a guy who installed these on his NA I think. You can proabably seach for it.
[edit] the 944 Trubo S & M030 brakes are the S4 brakes in case I confused you!

I installed S4 brakes on my 1986 951, but I used 1987 hubs and spindles to get their added strength. You need an adaptor, because the S4 brake attachment bolts are rotated 90 degrees from bolts for the 951 brakes. I used one from Kokeln.

Thanks, yep I knew the S and M030 cars used the 928 brakes. I was just trying to figure out if the calipers would be worth anything to those in the 944 community. I am about to get a 928, probably a GT. I will be going up to the GTS spec brakes first thing and would have the S4 calipers and rotors availible for sale. Just trying to gauge their worth as an offset to the cost of the GTS upgrade. I figured that if it was any easy swap, like the S4 to GTS swap, that there would be some folks interested in upgrading.

Cool, I need to buy the car first
That makes the decision to upgrade much easier though. I wouldn't be looking to make a killing off of them. Depends a little on the condition. If the pads and rotors are in good shape, the whole package would be a little more. I'll post it at the appropriate time. Thanks guys

I did this swap to my N/A. Brian, it would be a fairly easy swap for you. You just need the adapter blocks for the calipers that adapt a horizontal bolt pattern to a radial one. Mine are from Powerhaus, Kokeln also has them. IF your car is late offset, then rotors will be fairly easy (get 944TS rotors). If early offset like mine, then you will need custom 2-piece rotors.
Email me if you have any questions or are interested about what I paid for my calipers and parts for the project.
