Removing interior door handles???

Question Removing interior door handles???

How hard is this? Do I need any special tools or skills?

It's really straight forward. However, I have to ask, why are you trying to remove them? If you are trying to get at somethign else, you'll probably have to remove a lot more stuff.

Just the handles. I don't need to remove anything else. I just wanted to make sure that wouldn't have to disconnect a bunch of stuff.

bull back the handle & you'll see a screw. Unscrew that & remove the trim around the handle. You'll now see 2 (of a possible 4) screws holding the handle itself to the door. Remove them & unhook the "U" in the cable & you're done. 10 minute job.

Only possible catch is you may have to remove the door trim to get to those two screws in the door handle itself. I'm not sure though.
