5, 23, 42, 55, and 57... the power ball # was 36.
Did you win?
Well, Fonck (Erik the Great) won top honors with a bit over 270 (I think). I was not last, for once. Joanna showed up with her sleeper misty green 86 Turbo and ~250 ponies! Rich should be pretty happy with his GURU chips and other stuff that gained him 20+ HP and 35+ TQ - this without the wastegate shims that certainly would've made use of the fuel dump shown up high. Travis performed his first major engine modification by installing an air filter!

More importantly, I got to drink great beer!

Skip, thanks for hosting the event! It was indeed an interesting day! Its the first event of any kind I've gone to, and I loved seeing all the different cars, people. I kinda sneaked out at the end of the dyno part of the day, so I didn't get to try out any of that "great beer". Maybe next time. After seeing all these beautiful cars, (and taking that 993 twin turbo for a spin), I must say I'm pumped up to get going on my engine rebuild, and there's no doubt I'll be looking for a 951 as soon as possible! Thanks Skip...and all!

What a fun day it was!!
Thanks to all those who came, it was nice to be around people that love these cars as much as I do.
It also gave me a chance to fine tune the map kit a little and with the cat still in place it pulled 240hp/280t.
All in all a good day!
ps- Hey Rich thanks for the (dirt)slide show-hehe

Thanks again Skip for organizing the event. Had a blast, also you're welcome (for taking low spot on the dyno). I was still quite happy with 123hp to the wheels.
Not too bad for 200K+ miles and 3 fair injectors (slated for replacement). Now if I can find where the oil leak has developed from . Need to get that jetta soon so I can actually take the time to tear into it. Thanks again, hope everyone made it home safe!

Yes the good times were rolling, and so were my Yokohama's! Not quite rear wheel HP of 270, though close:
Rear Wheel HP = 257.2
Crank HP = 313.5 (using 18%)
Rear Wheel Torque = 290 lbs
Thx again Skip for organizing and handing out the KKs and freebies!

LOL Jason! It's gonna take a few days to get the dirt outta my pants. I guess I coulda taken better pics if I had really put more effort into it - but I didn't wanna start telling you guys where to stand or how to park - I would have felt like a "photo-****". LOL
I just woke up so give me some time to upload my photos and dyno charts!
