I might be able to help out there. I will get back to you on this one.</strong><hr></blockquote>

If the price is reasonable, count me in for a red one (although I'll take yellow if that is all they come in).

Thanks.

There is a lip that holds the rotor between the caliper like a rail.

Thats pretty much what mine looks like. I got the new key, then saw the keychain and had to have it.

Anyone find that the lighted key head has a hard time fitting on keyrings?? When I put mine on the leather/crest keyfob, it stuck out and didnt slide on the ring...forming a weapon in my pocket!

I am tempted to file the plastic down to give the key some room to move!

Killer keychain!

Anyone like this one? Kinda refined...and cool looking. Cheap enough...

<a href="http://www.coolkeyrings.com/16490.htm" target="_blank">Crest Keychain</a>

And, there are MORE of the "Porsche" brake rotors on ebay again!

<a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=719840199" target="_blank">Rotor Keychain</a>

And these generic versions, look the same, but no Porsche logo--$3.95!

I used to have this one, it's made of peuter. Well...I remember my last day of high school, a 115 degree day, and the sucker melted right in the palm of my hand and I couldn't use it anymore. The loop on the top that connects to the chain got sliced right through like butter. I really liked that key chain.

Damn! I guess pewter is not as reliable as good ole steel!? I gotta remember to keep that keychain cool...I ordered it today.

Those red rotor keychains that were on ebay are all gone! Just yellow ones left! Did YOU PEOPLE gobble them up??

Well, if you like small key packages (so they fit in pockets), I'd say to avoid this one:

<a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1865127803" target="_blank">Keychain to Avoid</a>

The thing is HUGE irl (like, larger than a silver dollar) and doesn't take keys on the splines. You have to use another ring inbetween.... Damn impulsive ebay shopping... oh-well, $12 and I can't complain to much.

Huh.. I really like the Big Red one. but I hate carrying bulky stuff in my pockets. Besides, I'd feel kinda like a poser...

Jim, ...carrying a keychain that has better brakes than my car!
