Accessing window motor

I've got the door trim removed, but to remove and change the passenger window motor, do I need to actually pull off the inner door frame?
My door still has the plastic film stuck to it, which I hope I don't need to replace. It's made a bit of a mess back there.
Looks like this now, plus thin plastic film (pic hijacked from other poster); can I access the bolts that retain the motor in place without removing the actual door?
Thanks.

Hey, I absolutely recognize that I should know the answer to this question but before I break something, I have searched these posts and looked at Clark's Garage and the 944 manual, and without starting to play, I can't see how that motor will come clear out....anyone?
Am I just missing something and I can just secure the window, and get the motor out as-is?

remove the glas. undo the bolts that hold the motor+regulator assembly to the door. u need to roll the window up or down a specific spot so it fits into the big hole so you can get it out.
