I have a couple of minor leaks in the lower balance shaft area after rebuilding an '88 NA. No clue what I did wrong. Anyone care to offer advice?

Oil is dripping out of the bolts in the lower balance shaft housing:





And out of the front of the housing:



The belts and pulley are completely dry, so I'm guessing it is coming out of the housing... Any ideas?
