As a matter of fact.. I spent a good part of the day sanding my car, and should be ready for paint in about 2 weeks.

Now if I could ever get some pistons.. I might make that end of April Deadline I set. I don't see it happening. End of May is more realistic.

If I were you I'd shine up the whole car, and cover up the messed up runners along the bottom (and maybe the wheel guard) with flat black paint or maybe even gaffers tape (kinda like thick black hockey tape). If you did it right I think it'd look good, and not ghetto fabulous. There are options.
