OK, looks like Team Rennlist One is Geo (George), Teke951 (Ross), and icat (Keith). Plenty of track and karts left for team two!

I'll contact KartZone and reserve Rennlist Team One's spot. Anybody else want in?

OK, Enduro is tommorrow. Let's meet at 6:30pm at KartZone. Ross and Geo, we can meet at the front entrance. Geo and I have met, so Ross is the "unidentified". I'll have the wife with me and a Porsche hat on. Just look for two XL kind of guys. Joyce can be the alternate just in case, but she has a bum elbow from walking our Huskey the other day (ok, maybe the Huskey was walking her). At any rate, let me know if you guys are still on.

I'll be there for sure.

I'm sporting a beard now (figured as long as I'm on the bread line, I may as well look the part ). I'll be carrying the helmet in my avatar. I'm looking forward to this - especially since we decided not to race in the 6 hour enduro at TWS next month.

My wife may show up after class. Not sure though. She's got a couple of tests this week.

Hey Pete, haven't heard from Ross yet to confirm. But Joyce is out as an alternative, her arm is pretty messed up so she's out for the season!

Ross, if you're coming please post to confirm. Pete's in Beaumont so it's a bit of a drive and we will need to let him know asap.

Of course we could always go for two teams.
Need two more drivers to share the bucket with Pete - any takers?

I might be able to get one of the other SE-R guys to come. I know he's off work all week. He might be up for it.

Haven't heard from Ross yet.

MDanger, show up and we'll work something out.

I've got a cart reserved, but I have a feeling there will be plenty. When I talked to the guy at KartZone he asked if I was driving alone or if I'd have other team members. Leads me to beleive you can race alone or with two, there, four, whatever. I think they are only interested in the $180 for the team.

Keep checking the posts.

Pete, I got your e-mail with number. I'm not sure if Ross is coming or not. If MDanger is a go, then that's two for cart two. And if Geo's bud shows that's three. I'll call Mad George tommorrow at work and see if he wants in. We should be able to work something out.

PS: I will NOT be in the 951 tommorrow. WIll be in the SUV (White Rodeo).

Spoke to Mad George - he's under the weather and will not be able to attend. So, at this point it looks like we've got 5 drivers for 6 spots. Ross, Geo, Pete, MDanger, and I are all confirmed. I can split the cost for one of the karts and go with just two drivers if need be. Hopefully, Geo's bud can make it so we can have two teams of three. If any of you can bring another driver - please do so.

See ya tonight,

At 190 lbs, I found the skinny guys have a real advantage out of the corners. Try to get on a team with small people if you can.

The PCA people in Toronto run a great series, but teams are allocated based on qualifying lap times to even it out, and there are lots of driver changes.

Yeah, but the "skinny" kids lose out when the banging starts!

Last time, the wife had a better q-time - but come the race it was big daddy all the way!

Race finish had Mad George (lots of experience, medium build) leading the way, but Tom came in second and he was one of the "big guys". I finished third with all the light weights behind me. In the end, I think it's mainly how clean you stay at the start. If you get bunched up and wind up "banging" all race then you're going to lose - but you'll probably have more fun!

I'll be there early. You'll probably find me upstairs reading my Tune to Win. I figure as long as I'm not working, I may as well try to miss all the traffic.

I talked with Bruce and he's going to let me know within the hour if he can make it. He's looking after his niece this afternoon after school, so he needs to find out when she's going to be picked up.
