there's a a burgundy-red 85 944 at the oakland pick n pull.... AND ITS GOT SPORT SEATS! (as of 4pm today.)

i didnt grab them b/c they had some issues which looked fixable. they are $40 each with worn tan leather.

there are lots of other good parts. much of the interior has been salvaged already, as well as part of the motor, but the dash and instrument cluster is there and more....

i "pulled" some rear hatch strut supports, the rear headliner and some other minor odds/ends.

someone go snag those seats! and good luck. ask me whats still left and i'll try to tell you... oh ya... there were 3 decent phone dials too...

Where they early or late style?

 

interior was late, and the seats looked to be originals in the car. late i think.

 

Would be nice if they are late sport seats...I don't like the early ones. Some people like early ones, but I'm not sure why. They aren't much better than non-sport late seats.

 

Hmm might need to take a road trip, and Alex I had a set in my car they where very comfortable, and much better than non-sport seats in a late car, but I do like the late-style sports seats more.
