Post Kokeln Turbochargers

Does anyone have any experience with Kokeln (www.kokeln.com) and their turbochargers for 951 and 968?

The one i am considering for my 968 engine is defenitely a Garrett. Is $1900 a real bad price for a ceramic ball bearing Garrett hybrid that willl flow 500 horses into a 968 engine??
