Default valves hit #1 and #4 pistons...what now??

So its just what the title says....cam siezed and 2 valves hit the pistons.
#1 isnt too bad..just a nick...but #4 has a nice gouge in it....just sand paper the piston tops nice and smooth??
Thanks for any help guys....should have the head and solid cam back from LR any day.
Also, what about oil in the block....we checked and seems like nothing...but one of the lifters seized and really messed up its slot(not sure what to call it!!), so it looks like a very small amount of shavings or bits might have went into the block. how would i go about flushing the block...back yard style...not set up very well tool wize at home.
Thanks again for any help
Adam
