How stiff is too stiff for the rear sway bar?
I recently installed a 968 M030 rear sway bar on the back of my car with an otherwise stock suspension. I started with the middle position, and after a short test drive I felt a slight improvement in the steering response (i.e. less steering input required for the same turn amount). I could feel a quicker turn-in on corners. However, I still feel like the car should be able to handle better.
When I go to the stiffest setting on the rear bar, what should I be looking for? I understand that this will be the setting that will shift the balance towards oversteer.

Can I assume that you still have the stock front sway bar installed?
IMHO, with the stock suspension and stock front sway, setting the rear M030 968 sway bar to full still is a good thing. Yes: it will shift the balance towards oversteer, but since our cars understeer so much, you shouldn't have a problem with swapping ends.
On my S2, I have the same setup as you (except for the factory installed sport shocks - option code 474) and I have set my M030 968 sway bar to full firm. Yet I still get a lot of understeer in the slower corners on a track and at autocrosses.
