Post carbon fiber dash

how is this done?

<a href="http://968.net/racing/images/hawkins_turbors_10.jpg" target="_blank">http://968.net/racing/images/hawkins_turbors_10.jpg</a>

Looks like a regular airbag dash coverd with carbon fiber on top and bottom parts.

GT-Racing sells that thing for like $300. They also have a different dash for a race car that's more 'box-shaped.'
