Well nothing is going to be done till I have a PPI done, and it looks like that is going to happen this week. The car drove well and he has fairly good books and record (or at least for the last 4 year that he has owned the car).

Davids comments are very valid, and I did think on that a while, the PPI will also speak loudly.

But the though of gutting the red car down to fighting weight is so very appealing, and having a daily driver S2 with a converted AC system also seems like a good thing.

I am still very interested in the parts car, there are just some things i need to work out, ie where to take it apart, and the options that are on the car, the owner has still not gotten back to me.
