did well w. my ticket
i finally went to court today.....reduced a $280 ticket to the minimum $75 ticket.....the magistrate said he couldnt comment on anything to do w. points. Im assuming I wont get any? w the minimal fine.... was just really adament that i was wearing my seatbelt and that i was certain i wasnt going 79. i thought the outcome was kinda favorable....comments?

Good job. I have fought my last 2 tickets (which I have received over the last 5 years) and have had one thrown out and the other reduced to a faulty odometer (yeah right).
I am a huge advocate of not paying the fine and having your day in court, but you do have to do your homework. You can't just show up and expect to get off for just showing up.
