Anybody have any info if a 944S2 tranny will bolt into an '86 944NA?

 

it will bolt dirrectly in....

i replaced my 86 944 tranny with a 944S2 tranny....

Is it worth the conversion?

 

it was for me because i blew the tranny that i had and i was able to get the s2 tranny for 1000 bucks....

i was told the tranny is as strong as the turbo and plus im going to supercharge my car so if this is true, then the conversion was definately worth it....

Will an 86 Turbo Tranny fit in a 85 non-Turbo?
